NORWEGIAN CREAM CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. soft butter 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. flour 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture; mix well. Bake in 3 greased 9 inch round cake tins. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool and ice with whipped cream. |
