NORWEGIAN COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix this like pie crust. Set aside 1 cup. To remaining mixture add: 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c nutmeats 1 c. sour milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. raisins

Put in pan and sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for at least 30 minutes or until done.
