BANANA BREAD LOAF 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
12 oz. whip cream
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

In bowl, combine salt, flour, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat vigorously. Fold into flour mixture until blended. Pour into a greased breadpan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until crust is brown. Remove pan to a rack and let stand for 10 minutes. Invert pan and cut into 1-inch slices.
