BANANA BREAD LOAF 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pecans

In bowl combine salt, flour, baking powder. In another bowl combine sugar, oil and eggs, beat vigorously until frothy. Add bananas and blend well. Fold into flour mixture until blended. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Use toothpick to test doneness. Remove to rack, let stand 10 minutes, invert pan. Slice 1 inch thick.
