BANANA NUT LOAF BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well, add bananas and milk; mix well. Mix flour, soda and baking powder together, then add to banana mixture. Mix well, then stir in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
