BANANA LOAF BREAD 
1/2 c. soft butter
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas, chopped
3 c. white flour

Beat together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add milk, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla; beat well. Chop the bananas and add to cream mixture. Add flour to creamed mixture. Beat until all are blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Makes 2 loaves. Insert toothpick to check to see if done.

SOUR MILK: Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Heat on low flame and stir until well blended.
