CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) box long grain & wild rice, cooked 1 lb. broccoli, steamed 3 c. chicken or ham, cooked 2 c. Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 c. fresh or canned mushrooms 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1 c. crushed croutons 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer rice, broccoli, meat, cheese and mushrooms in pan. Combine soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry. Pour over layers. Combine croutons and butter. Put on layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes. |
