TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger (or more if desired)
1 lg. pkg. frozen tator tots
1 onion, chopped
1 can soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
1 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. mustard
Pinch of oregano
Shredded cheese

Brown hamburger and onion until done. Pour off excess grease. Add soup and spices and mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch or 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle liberally with cheese. Place tator tots on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
