BAR-B-QUE SPARERIBS 
3-4 ribs, cut in pieces
1 lemon
1 lg. onion
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. water

Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meat side down. On each piece place a slice of unpeeled lemon and a thin slice of onion. Roast in very hot oven, 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over ribs. Continue baking 350 degrees until tender, about 45 minuets. Baste ribs every 15 minutes. More water may be added.
