BAR-B-QUE SPARERIBS (OVEN) 
About 2 lb. pkg. spareribs

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
2 gloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

Or 1 tsp. garlic salt.

Mix sauce ingredients in large saucepan. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally; this can simmer while meat is cooking. Arrange meat (about 2 pounds spareribs) on rack, meat side down, cut to individual serving size. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven, drain off fat.

Instead of basting, dunk each rib in sauce with tongs. Return to oven for 30 minutes. May be dunked again after 15 minutes if you like lots of sauce. Any leftover sauce may be refrigerated and used as a baste for chicken.
