OVEN BAR-B-Q SPARERIBS 
2 1/2 lbs. country spareribs
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 chili sauce (bottled)
1/4 tsp. paprika

Brown ribs in hot oven at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Saute onions in drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes and cover ribs with sauce. Bake ribs 1 hour at 425 degrees. Baste frequently with sauce. Good served with rice.
