EASY BAR - B - Q SPARERIBS 
1 1/3 cup minced onions
3 tbsp. butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cider or wine vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire

Sauté onions in butter and remaining ingredients, simmer. Cover for 10 minutes.

Place ribs round side up on rack in pan and bake for 10-15 minutes at 500°F. Reduce heat to 325°F.

Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until very tender, basting frequently with sauce.
