BAR-BE-QUE SPARERIBS 
Ribs:

Salt
Lemon Pepper
Onion Flakes
Water

Put country style spareribs in roaster (as many as you want). Add salt, lemon pepper, onion flakes and water.

Bake at 350°F for two hours, until tender.

Pour off broth--remove roaster lid.

Sauce:

2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Water
6 tbsp. Chopped Onion

Mix together and pour over spareribs.

Bake a additional hour at 350°F.

You may want to double sauce recipe, if doing numerous ribs.
