PINEAPPLE TEA CAKES 
1/2 c. shortening or butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together.

Add:

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine and add alternately 1/2 cup crushed pineapple and 1/2 cup water. Add chocolate chips. Bake in well greased muffin tin for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

PINEAPPLE BUTTER ICING:

2 tsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. crushed pineapple

Mix together.

Add after above.
