ITALIAN SAUSAGE BREAD | |
Frozen bread dough 1 lb. pkg. Italian sausage Shredded Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese 1 egg yolk Let bread dough thaw and rise at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours. Roll out to rectangular shape. Brown and crumble Italian sausage. Drain excess grease, let cool slightly. Spread sausage evenly over rolled out dough, spread Parmesan cheese evenly, followed by Mozzarella. Roll up as you would a jelly roll and pinch the ends closed. Rub raw egg yolk all over loaf. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
