JIMMY'S HONEY CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. whole chicken breasts, skinned, halved

MICROWAVE METHOD:

1. Cook butter in 8" square dish 1 minute. Stir in honey, mustard, curry powder and salt.

2. Place chicken in dish, meaty side down and thickest pieces toward edges of dish. Cover with waxed paper, cook 10 to 12 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn and turn chicken over after 5 minutes.

CONVENTIONAL METHOD:

Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, basting once. Turn chicken, bake 20 minutes longer, basting twice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
