TANGY CHICKEN IN THE MICROWAVE 
1/3 c. mustard
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
4 pieces chicken, skinned

Combine all ingredients except chicken, stir well. Place chicken in microwave proof casserole dish. Spoon half of sauce over chicken. Cover dish. Cook on high for 5 minutes.

Remove from microwave. Turn chicken pieces over. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken. Cover and cook 5 more minutes on high. This time is for microwaves of 700 watts. Lower wattage oven will take a minute or so longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
