3 sq. (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Blend. Pour into mixing bowl. Add other ingredients. Beat until smooth and creamy.
