CRULLERS 
1 doz. egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Pet milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg yolks well, add vanilla and lemon juice then fold in sour cream and milk. Mix well. Add one full sifter of flour and sift three times with the salt and sugar. Add enough flour so the dough won't be hard. Mix well and cover. Let stand about 20 minutes. Then fry in half oil and half lard.
