CRULLERS 
1 c. mashed potatoes (salted)
1 tsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Put these in the bowl and beat very light. Then add:

2 eggs
Grating of nutmeg
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. milk (beat in slowly)
4 c. flour (well sifted)
2 tsp. baking powder

Fry in hot lard. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
