4 to 6 pork chops
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Bread crumbs (regular or Italian)

Beat or cube pork chops; salt and pepper to taste. Dip pork into beaten eggs, then cover good with bread crumbs (both sides). Cook over medium heat in butter until brown.
