LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 c. celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 pkg. frozen baby peas
1 c. grated carrots
8 strips crisp bacon (crumbled)
4 oz. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 lg. bottle Ranch dressing

Layer (do not mix) ingredients, starting with lettuce in a clear glass bowl. Spread top with Ranch dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serves about 8.
