1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed (1 lb.)
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Soften ice cream. Add cookies and let sit for 3-5 minutes; add Cool Whip and coffee. Freeze. Delicious!
