BROCCOLI WITH MACARONI 
1/3 c. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. sausage (1/4 inch slices or out of casing)
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. pasta of choice, cooked
1 clove garlic
3 c. broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan)
1/8 tsp. salt

Cook sausage until brown. Drain fat. Saute mushrooms with garlic. Cook broccoli covered in small amount of water for 8 minutes. Drain.

In bowl, you will serve or put pasta in. Beat eggs, cream cheese and pepper until smooth. Toss mixture with pasta. Stir in mushrooms. Add broccoli and sausage on top. Toss and serve. Serves 3-4.

For 1 pound of pasta (6 people), use 4 oz. cream cheese and 3 eggs. Whole bunch of broccoli, 1 pound mushrooms.
