2 lg. cans fruit cocktail
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks of butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Put the fruit cocktail in a 9 x 11 inch cake pan, add cake mix on the top. DO NOT MIX TOGETHER. Pour melted butter on top of cake mix, then the brown sugar. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
