PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking soda

Dump above ingredients together in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan. Stir well.

Bake at 325°F. for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine ingredients for frosting. Frost cake when hot and then refrigerate.

I love this cake! My husband won the Mens Bake-Off with this recipe at our church one year. We call it the "Hawaiin Delight Cake". We usually add pecans to the cake batter though.

My husband has requested this cake for every birthday, anniversary, and Father's day for the last 29 years. Have to make 2 at a time now that the kids are big, or it won't even last a day. I tweak it sometimes replacing 1/4 cup of sugar for brown sugar and adding a little cinnamon and nutmeg. The only advice is make sure to mix the dry ingredients well, so a couple of bites aren't too baking soda heavy.
