PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, with juice
8 oz. coconut
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter

Put pineapple in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with coconut. Pour dry cake mix over all. Smooth with spatula. Cover entire surface with butter cut in squares (or slightly melted). Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

This recipe was delish. It turned out really good. We added a dollop of cool whip on top of each square after the cake cooled and was cut. My entire home group liked it except two kids who don't like pineapple and coconut. YUM! It's really tasty! Thanks!
