PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE 
1 box pineapple cake mix
1 stick butter, sliced into pats
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

In 9x13 inch pan, pour pineapple juice and all. Pour dry cake mix on top and spread evenly. Then place butter and nuts on top and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

This variation of the recipe is also good. Use 1 box yellow cake mix, the can of crushed pineapple (drained) and 1 can cherry pie filling. No matter which way you do this - baking time is around 40-45 minutes. Fantastic served with just cool whip on top.
