3 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
Raisins, if desired

Mix first 3 ingredients and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls and roll in sugar. Put on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees on upper rack of oven. Remove from cookie sheets immediately. Bake until light brown, do not overbake. A little more flour may be added if dough seems too soft.
