BAKED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 tbsp. sour cream (can substitute mayonnaise)

Drain whole corn. Mix all ingredients together. Put in small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
