BAKED CORN 
1 can whole corn
1 can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
2 eggs, beaten

Mix together and put into 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
