BAKED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn, 1/2 the liquid
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter (melted)
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased casserole dish (bowl type). Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
