GRANDMA'S RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
1/2 c. sugar
5 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon, nutmeg or raisins, if desired

Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Grease 2 quart casserole.

In greased casserole, combine rice, sugar and milk; dot with butter. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until rice is tender and pudding is creamy, stirring occasionally. Cool; sprinkle each serving with cinnamon. Store in refrigerator. (Serves 9 1/2 - cup each.)
