2 c. sugar
1 block butter
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 jar marshmallow creme
3 tbsp. cocoa

Combine cocoa, sugar, butter and milk; bring to boil stirring constantly, bring to soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add marshmallow creme. Whip with electric mixer. Add nuts before pouring into buttered dish.
