4 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in large pan. Bring to boil. Boil for 12 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until creamy. Pour into well buttered pan. Makes approximately 4 pounds.
