CHOCOLATE NUT FUDGE | |
2 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter 1 c. marshmallow cream (fluff) 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Mix in a heavy 2 quart saucepan sugar, milk, marshmallow cream, butter, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top). Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Take off heat. Stir in chocolate pieces until completely melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread in a buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool. |
