ZUCCHINI AND CHERRY TOMATOES 
3 zucchini, sliced, not too thin
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 1/2 stick butter
Salt and coarse pepper
1 box cherry tomatoes
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper
2 skillets

In one skillet, saute' zucchini and onion with 1 stick of butter. Do not overcook. In the other skillet, saute cherry tomatoes in 1 stick of butter just until skin is about to pop. Toss the tomatoes with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Mix the zucchini and tomatoes together and serve.
