IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick with fork until blended. Pour over cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Recipe Note: This pie makes its own crust.
