1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs

Cook beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and spread on 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork. Pour over mixture and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
