IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced (if desired)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper in blender on High until smooth (about 15 seconds). Pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5-8 minutes (or until knife inserted in center comes out clean). Cool 5 minutes.
