SUNRISE SALAD 
SALAD:

4 c. torn Iceberg lettuce
2 c. torn Romaine lettuce
2 c. cauliflowerettes
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. sunflower nuts

DRESSING:

1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar

In a small bowl, blend dressing ingredients; chill several hours to blend flavors. At serving time, combine lettuces, cauliflower, oranges; toss lightly. Sprinkle with nuts. Serves 10.
