3 eggs
1 stick of pure butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 qt. nuts
1/2 lb. glaced pineapple
1/2 lb. glaced cherries
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and pour into loaf pan. Bake for 2 hours in 275 degree oven.
