PEPPER JELLY 
3 jalapeno peppers
1 c. white vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin
4 bell peppers
5 c. sugar

Remove seeds and grind peppers fine. Slowly boil all ingredients, except pectin for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add pectin. Bring to a hard, rolling boil for 1 minutes. Pour into hot jars, seal. Place in a hot water bath and heat for 5 minutes.
