3-4 c. cooked zucchini, drained
1 med. onion, grated
2 carrots, grated
4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream soup, undiluted
1/2 container sour cream, lg.
1 stick butter, melted
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Mix butter with stuffing mix. Put 1/2 stuffing mix in casserole dish. Add other ingredients after mixing them together. Put other 1/2 stuffing mix on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Optional - - add small quantity cooked ground meat.
