BUBBLE CAKE 
2 loaves frozen bread, thawed (no raising; cut into sm. 3/4 inch pieces

Roll in mixture of:

3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Melt 1 1/4 sticks of butter. Dip pieces in butter then in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Put in greased bundt pan. Raise until double in size. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered then 20 minutes covered with foil all around. Remove from oven and turn upside down on foil to catch syrup when done.
