BUBBLE BREAD COFFEE CAKE | |
1/4 c. sugar 1 sm. pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1 pkg. Parker House Rolls (2 dozen frozen) 1 stick butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. pecans, divided Grease bundt pan well. Sprinkle some pecans and all the sugar granulated in pan. Place frozen balls evenly on top of pecans and sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon and pudding on top. Melt butter and brown sugar together and spoon over dough. Do not pour over. Add remaining pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to set 10 minutes before removing from pan. Flip rolls onto serving dish. Make the night before for best results. |
