BUBBLE COFFEE CAKE 
24 frozen rolls
3 oz. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c. pecans

Butter tube pan. Put in frozen rolls. Blend pudding mix, brown sugar, spices and nuts. Sprinkle over rolls. This will sift down as rolls rise. Cut butter in pats on top. Cover and let rise overnight. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Invert on plate and serve.
