APPLE - WALNUT CRISP 
3 lb. cooking apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. walnuts - chopped
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp. butter - cut up

Use 1 1/2 quart dish - Slice apples, toss with lemon juice. Mix next 6 ingredients. Add butter, blend into crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Cook high for 14 to 16 minutes. Serve warm. 8 servings.
