BANANA BREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine cream cheese, sugar and butter; mixing well. Blend in banana and egg. Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened.

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
