YOU CHOOSE - YOGURT MUFFINS | |
2 c. Pillsbury self-rising flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, well beaten 1/2 c. oil 8 oz. carton yogurt (blueberry, lemon or any flavor you choose) Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin pan with baking cups or grease bottoms. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and place in medium bowl and combine with sugar. Stir in egg, oil and yogurt until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter may appear to be lumpy. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins. |
